That’s why every Blacktop Wedding Experience includes The Prelude, an eligible celebration before your wedding that gives us the chance to meet your people, learn your crowd, and build a real relationship before the big day arrives.
When your wedding day comes, we’re not showing up as strangers.
WE BRING WHAT YOUR WEDDING NEEDS.
No microphone upgrades. No uplight packages. No “add four more lights for $299.”
If your wedding needs wireless mics, uplighting, ceremony audio, reception sound, dance-floor lighting, additional speakers, or another piece of equipment to do the job properly, we bring it.
You’re hiring Blacktop to produce your wedding, not to make you build one from a menu of equipment.
The price only changes when the event itself genuinely changes in scope.
The Prelude is an eligible celebration before your wedding, designed to do something most wedding planners never give us the chance to do:
Use it for an engagement party, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, family celebration, birthday, anniversary, or another approved event. If you don’t need it for yourselves, you can transfer it to another family member
We get to meet some of your people, see what gets them moving, learn the personalities in the room, and start building the kind of familiarity that makes your wedding day feel easier from the moment we arrive.
For the Couples that want to keep the energy going, Blacktop Afterdark is the late-night follow-up experince: A more relaxed, more playful nightlife inspired continuation of the reception. This is the only add-on blacktop offers for weddings.
